uRule is a measuring application which allows designers and engineers measure real-world size on their displays. It is also aware of changes in resolution, and will adjust to accommodate whatever resolution you choose. Aside from standard metric/imperial measurements, uRule offers a variety of alternative units such as horse length, lunar distance, shaku, smoot, and parsec.
